Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Processing times may be extended during busy periods or promotional events.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
For deliveries outside Ireland, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure all delivery details are correct when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
