At Detailing Emporium, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final Unless Conditions Below Are Met

Due to the nature of detailing products and equipment, all sales are considered final unless the item qualifies under the limited return conditions outlined below.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, unopened, and unaltered

  • Item is in original packaging with all seals intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products of any kind

  • Chemicals, liquids, coatings, soaps, waxes, or detailing compounds

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior authorization

Refunds

Approved returns are subject to inspection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refund processing time is 5–10 business days after inspection

If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering, the refund will be denied and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Detailing Emporium is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue and packaging

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us first before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.

All returns require prior approval.
